History
As a keen surfer, Jared Smith had the brainwave of making a "smarter" board - one that could change its shape to suit the surf. After being quite annoyed with having to bring 3+ boards to the beach every time he decided to construct the ability to combine the nose with many other tails to suit the wave which he was about to surf.
How does it work
With this invention, the back section of the board can be changed with a carbon fibre tongue on the front end which fits perfectly into a slot in the rear end and the carbon fibre holocolt screws hold it into place which can be easily added into the board using a 20 cent piece
The joint is light enough and strong enough to with stand heavy surf conditions
Just simply choose which tail is suited for your local surf and slot it in
